DVD Creation Software

What is the best DVD software for burning large compilations?

Basically I have downloaded all the episodes of Terminator:Sarah Connor Chronicles from Amazon, which would be too large to fit onto a normal DVD. So I'm looking for software which will be able to compress the files to fit on 1 DVD for viewing on my DVD player.

  1. Nero. Althought Nero is very unstable on Windows Vista so I'd recommedn Roxio which comes standard with all new HP Windows Vista Machines. Unless you have a DivX dvd player you're gonna need to convert the files into the standard DVD format. ...if they are always DivX it doesnt get any smaller than that, so use a second DVD!
  2. The easiest dvd backup program that I have found that works 100 percent of the time is Clone DVD2 and Any DVD. You need both programs because Any DVD is a decrypter, and Clone DVD 2 is a shrinker (makes a larger dvd fit on a regular disc). The nice thing about these programs is that they both come with a 21 day free trial, with no watermarks, time limits, etc. Click the link below for the free trial. Hope this helps. http://www.videofixit.com/elby.html
  3. Use DVD Flick Guide to convert and burn your files to DVD. It is all-in-one tool and free. http://beginwithsoftware.com/videoguides/dvd-flick-guide.html
