Need help finding a DVD creation software....?

What I want to be able to do is create more than just a chapter menu. I wanna have the play button, the chapter menu for the main video, a special features menu where you can see outtakes and behind the scenes stuff. I have tried Nero Vision, AVS DVD Creator, and Windows DVD but none of them come close to what I want. I noticed that Adobe Encore has some of the features I'm looking for but they dont seem to be selling it on the website anymore, so heres my question. Is there anywhere that I can find Adobe Encore or is there another program that I can get that will give me what I'm looking for?
