DVD Creation Software Help?

Is there any dvd creation software that allows you to do those fancy menus? I use a ms xp.

2. If money is not an issue, then for a PC I would highly recommend the Adobe Premiere Production Suite. It does everything with production. You create the look, feel and set up the navigation of DVD's. I've included the link to the Adobe site below. Otherwise, There are quite a few programs, one called Movie Maker use to come with XP for a time. I'll include links below.
