DVD Creation Software

What software to use to create an interactive DVD quiz/game (playable on DVD player)?

Most DVD creation software can do a simple quiz, ie ask a question, then show 4 different answers and link 3 to a "wrong answer" screen and one to a "correct" screen, but I am looking for something more sophisticated, like some of the ones I have seen that keep score, allow multiple teams etc. Examples are TV adicts, Deal/No Deal etc. Please don't reply with the usual trite "do a google search", that's not helping anyone. Thanks.

1. DVD lab is the best solution, though there is a tricky part when it comes to random questions; on some DVD players there seems no problem at all; still, this is not the case on other players.
