DVD Creation Software

DVD creation HELP!!!?

Okay so i have a new computer, pretty fast, lots of ram, and a dvd writer. is there any software out there that will help me take all the avi's and mpegs, wmv's and all and burn them to a dvd and be able to play on my dvd player? i have searched and searched and tehres converters and editors and all kinds of junk. i need one program to do it all? anyone please help!!

1. Yeah get "ConvertXtoDVD" from http://www.vso-software.fr/ I have found it to be the best so far. Alternately if you have Nero you can use that.
2. check out windows movie maker....i think its pretty cool!
