DVD Creation Software

Looking for a decent DVD menu creation program, can you help?

I've tried Adobe Encore & Sony Architect, but had troubles with both. Can you recommend any really easy programs for creating DVD menus? ideally ones that will allow me to add a short looping video clip to the background of my menu, like most professional DVDs have. Thanks.

1. You might want to use Nero 7. it helps me a lot in just a few clicks. S.J.
